An interesting movie we chanced upon on HBO. A man who woke up from an accident and came back to a wife who doesn’t know him. Another man claiming his identity and a bunch of confusing and dangerous happenings thereafter. You would think a background check would be enough but not when everyone is against you. Not at all lacking in stunts and surprises. Good movie.

I almost missed Silver Linings because I thought it’s one of those movies that could end up in extreme boredom. I was wrong. It was a radical kind of story. It’s a tragic love story but the tragedy happened at the beginning. A guy who got cheated on and could not move on. A woman in grief who hated the world. It’s not a fairy tale. It’s not made up of a perfect princess and a gentle prince. That’s why it’s different. That’s why it’s a silver lining. You got to watch it.

I was expecting a silver bar of amusement after watching the other Diehard installments but I got disappointed. Maybe they should have left it at that than give sullen faces to Diehard followers expecting a perfectly written action packed movie with enough laughs to get you to the end. I would rather remember John McClane the way he was or return to something with better than what was given to us. Maybe the story failed to really give us a good day.

We hurriedly went about our business with the business card printing service at the mall before we headed on to the cinema to watch Les Misérables. It started out with Hugh Jackman looking so unlike Hugh Jackman as Jean. Anne Hathaway riveting as Fantine, that song moved me to tears. Helena Bonham Carter still in character as an evil witch well somewhat. Wonderful movie, story and acting.

One can never go wrong with buying a les paul classic at musicians friend , with its design and mahogany neck plus its awesome sound it’s totally worth it. That’s my friend going on and on about his new baby. He said the finish is remarkable then there’s always that clean sound you can never find anywhere. We jammed for a little while till we got tired of my voice lol.
The cutest fashion darlings. Watched with my little girl and she was fascinated. After a day of shopping wishing I have rfid blocking on all my credit card purchases we headed on to the Celebrity Living magazine fashion show. It was fun to watch the first timers and all the experienced child models walking the runway. It was a successful show.
