A bit hesitant to watch the Amazing Spiderman. You would think Peter Parker would have concentrated on his annuity interest than don his Spider Suit again. I’ve been reading mixed reviews. Some saying it was too dragging, some say it was better than the previous franchise. More positive than the other reviews but one thing that I really recalled was one saying “Did we really need another Spiderman movie?” I guess I have to find out.
A musician is never really complete with all the gadgets that he needs to make his music sound even greater. Not everyone of course can afford an ultra expensive amplifier. Thankfully there’s a peavey vypyr 100 that can help you with perfecting that amazing sound. Processing of that melody will never be a problem because of its processors that gives you that clean defining sound. Get yourself a peavey now, it’s going to be worth it.
I chanced upon watching The Skeleton Key on cable the other night. It was Kate Hudson as a care giver who took this job in a secluded mansion to take care of an old man who can’t speak. If I were her I would just have used my Beats headphone to tune out all the mysteries of the house but of course she didn’t do that. She went on being nosy and studying voodoo. She ended up switched into a body of an old woman. Nice twist there.
I was looking for tv stands with mount for our living room when I passed by Daiso and saw this wall decal. It doesn’t look quite pretty when you look at it but it was quite cute when stuck on the wall. Placed it above the dining area because it was quite bare. So at least there’s something there to look at. Could not figure out how to set up the mirror so I just got this wall decal for P88. So cheap however I went back so I could buy the kid stuff sticker which has those cutesy bears and toys for my daughter’s room but they were all gone.
Looking for that perfect inspiration to help you in your photographic pursuits?
From May 30 to June 5, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf gives photography and art aficionados a real treat as it lets everyone marvel at Tom Epperson’s latest works in a special art show that will be held in Greenbelt 5. Entitled “Brewfinder: Enthusiasm Over Coffee at the CBTL,” the weeklong exhibition highlights the artist’s photographic prowess with a set that revolves around the concept of finding beauty in just about everything.
“This event is part of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s commitment to enrich passions, especially passions that are related with the arts,” shares Walden Chu, President of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. “Needless to say, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has always supported causes we believe can help improve society, and art does that. Art teaches us that perseverance and patience, and not just skills, are important when it comes to creating beautiful things. And this is something that The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and its employees live by.”
The six-piece set draws inspiration from Tom’s interest in dealing with erratic objects. “Lately, I have been working with mediums that are basically uncontrollable—a lot is left up to serendipity,” Tom said. “I like the idea of surprise, it reminds me of going into the darkroom in the days of analog and watching a print develop for the first time, it was magic. This is the same feeling I get when working with smoke.”
“Brewfinder: Photography Enthusiasm Over Coffee at the CBTL” is the first of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s Taste Series, a seven-part pocket event series that highlights the brand’s single-serve system—the CBTL. Borne out of a partnership with the Italian design and espresso-making expertise of Caffitaly, CBTL raises the bar for coffee and tea aficionados by bringing the distinct Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf café experience into your home.
The CBTL. One touch. One perfect cup.
Sometimes when I watch politicians being wheeled in and out of courtrooms I just want to get a DFTCorp.com hydraulic cartridge and haul it right smack across their path. Things will never change with political events like the impeachment. Although the dramas unfolding make it more interesting, it can be downright annoying. There goes the taxpayer’s money being spent on millions of hours of comedic defense, lies and exaggerations.
Remember Avatar? It’s one of those movies that will never ever end up in compost bins . I just watched it again today and even in the comfort of my own home minus the 2d experience I had before, it was still awesome. From the unique storyline to those marvelous special effects, I’m just in awe. I want to live in Pandora and be one with nature lol.
SM Advantage has launched their own discounted or group buying site. When I first saw it I thought the discount would apply in store but like other sites you would have to pay beforehand. The deals are pretty good, usually half price. In case you don’t know your SM advantage points can also get you Chartis Insurance for only 20 points. You can only claim it if you got a total of 70 points in your card which is not hard to reach.
Won’t you just love to receive gift card envelopes on happy occasions? That and top it off with a movie that everyone has seen already lol. I got to watch the Avengers just recently on those fabulous relaxing recliners at the SM Cinema.
We’re not Avengers or Marvel fans but we did enjoy the 2nd half of the movie. Introduction of the characters and the explanation for the rock that would destroy the world bored the companion but I insisted it was vital to the flow of the movie.
I thought Hawk Eye played his part well, Iron man no surprise provided most of the laughs. I thought the Aliens coming out from the Sky were much like the scene from Ghostbusters sort of. Loki looks like he came from Twilight. Yeah, but what do I know. I did have fun though. Hulk was a Smashing green Hit. Pretty cool.
