To share with you my experience, I went to Vanity Aesthetics a couple of months back. However due to all the groupon deals and an absentee staff, I had to wait for an hour. It was no biggie because I was treated nicely. They apologized, asked if I would like to watch a movie while waiting, gave me water etc.

The process is actually kind of fun. It was my first time to try it. They use a machine all over your tummy like some sort of massage. The only thing that I did not like at all was the high pitched sound only I can hear. You will not feel any pain at all. I lost a couple of cms here and there. My skin felt smooth afterwards. However I only bought one, you actually need to buy 6-10 if you want visible results.
