Xend has the cheapest courier rates in the Philippines as far as I know.
They don’t have electronic signing, maybe lacking in security for delivery but I have no complaints to date. They have delivered all items I sent on time all the time and haven’t lost one even for those provincial ones. International shipping I haven’t tried with them though in case you’re wondering.
There was a time when I placed the wrong shipping address on a parcel due to a mixup with the buyer but they were able to fix it immediately.
They respond to emails within 24 hours.
The delivery guy who’s assigned in my area has always been nice and professional. I’ve experienced one time a delivery guy from another courier who delivered something at my place and asked me rudely why I’m not answering my phone when he tried to call. He’s now sent to an island alone and being fed to sharks in pieces lol.
Beware though about getting into arguments with delivery guys, they know where to find you ha ha.
You also get a Xend badge which gives you a discount on shipping fee or a free shipping once you get to that number. You need to book online and they can pick it up the next day. They are closed on Sundays and holidays.
